YOUNG MALES- $300 (wethered $350). These are ideal for people wishing to have alpacas as an interesting companion animal, pet, or guardian for flocks of sheep or goats. Please contact me and if I don't have any for sale at the time I will pass on the names of other reputable breeders who do.  

  FEMALES for sale- We have females for sale at various prices depending on their age, capacity for breeding and quality .Non- pregnant breeding females start from $600, and pregnant females or female & cria from $900. If females are too old to breed and we wish to retire them, we sell them for the same price as a wether (only $350).They make good companions for younger alpacas purchased. Discounts for more than one alpaca....

 

GUARDIAN ALPACAS- These are usually older wethers who have the temperament to stand and face potential threats from foxes or a single dog. They can not guard any animals from a pack of dogs. I have heard of packs of dogs killing deer as well as alpacas.
